Property Sellers
As you and I know, there are such things as a slow market, Stable Market, and Fast market. Fortunately, we as sellers love the Fast market, why? Of course we get to sell our property fast and sometimes even faster than we thought it would take us to sell our property, right? We even sometimes get higher than asking price due to multiple offers (a good example is the market of late 2003 through 2004).
But what happens when we hit the stable to the unfortunately slow market? Our properties sit and sit on the market, hefty price reductions, etc., and sometimes do not sell at all, then you end up scratching your head and contemplating on your next move on how to get rid of this property and of course there are stress and disappointments and lost of money and waist of time, etc, etc that take their tolls on you. Ok, I think you get the picture.
